Your relationship with Lockwoods IT begins with an initial consultation.

One of our technical team will come to your site to review your existing network infrastructure and help you plan for your business growth and stability. After we establish a good understanding of your network and business objectives, we will provide you with our recommendations to increase the security, reliability and fault tolerance of your network.

It is in the best interest of both of us to spend some extra time to understand your business and work with you to contribute to your business growth.

We bill for all support and troubleshooting services by the hour and offer substantial discounts for large projects and regularly scheduled service. Rates are based on the qualification and experience of the personnel who provide the service, which in turn is dependent on the nature of the task.

Our billing policy can be a major benefit to our clients, because it minimizes the likelihood of paying high rates for simple jobs but still makes it possible to elevate the level of expertise assigned to a task in case of complications or expanded requirements.
