Our Community

Lockwood Partners is proud of the ongoing contribution we make to the local community.  We realise the importance of community involvement and take an active role in fundraising events throughout the year and support many local community groups.

The Beacon Foundation

The Beacon Foundation started in 2001 and is a not-for-profit organisation that works within the community to influence the attitudes and culture of young Australians so they can develop an independant will to acheive success for themselves and their community.

Mark Thomson, Director of Lockwood Partners, has been on the board of the foundation for four years and is consistently working to spearhead it in new directions to enable growth.

Pink Ribbon Day

Each year we are activly involved in this great cause to raise money for research in breat cancer.

Jeans for Genes Day

This is a great cause that we are happy to support.  The money we raise from this event goes towards children with leukaemia, muscular dystrophy,  genetic defects and many other disorders.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

We take a break with our work colleagues and help support the work of The Cancer Council at the same time. Money raised by Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea enables The Cancer Council to continue to fund research, education, awareness and support services.

Loud Shirt Day

Loud Shirt Day allows us to throw out the usual dress code in the office and get loud for one day a year.  Staff drag out their craziest shirts, socks, scarves or any other "loud" fashion statement to raise funds for deaf kids throughout Australia.
